Jenn Adshead MTI ACMT

Jenn grew up amongst healers and health professionals and began to explore massage therapy with a course in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage at the Raso Vai school in Goa, India in 2009. She then went onto qualify with distinction in Holistic Massage at Unity Studio, Brighton and was certified by MTI in 2015.

Since qualifying Jenn has completed her first year of a BTEC Level 6 Sports Massage and has gained certificates in Advanced Clinical Massage, Advanced Myofascial Release and Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage with Jing Massage Training, Brighton.

Moving to Bridport in 2019 to start a family, Jenn found a home as manager of Bridport Complementary Health from 2020-2024 where she was able to launch her massage business as Om Mata Massage. This gave Jenn the opportunity to grow as a practitioner, expanding her knowledge and experience.

Now in 2025 it’s time for a new beginning and Jenn is shedding the skin of Om Mata Massage to become Awen Massage Therapy. A lining her practice with her deeply held values and passions. Learn more about the treatments here.
